*Beginning May 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024, we will implement a new RN and LPN Sign-on Bonus Program. Persons who have previously been employed at Oakview in the last 18 months ARE NOT eligible.
RN’s – LPN’s Full-Time Employment – $5,000 | |
1st Payment: | $1,500 after completion of introductory period |
2nd Payment: | $1,500 after 7 months of employment |
3rd Payment: | $2,000 after 1 year of employment |
RN’s – LPN’s Part-Time Employment – $2,500 (Persons starting at 64 hours per pay period or less) | |
1st Payment: | $750 after completion of introductory period |
2nd Payment: | $ 750 after 7 months of employment |
3rd Payment: | $ 1,000 after 1 year of employment |
RN’s – LPN’s Pool Staff – $500 | |
1-Time Payment: | $500 after 7 months of employment |
New hires moving from pool staff into a full-time or part-time position within the trial timeframe will be eligible for the bonus. The bonus will be adjusted at the next bonus scheduled payment.
*$1,000 sign-on bonus includes the following departments Dietary, Environmental Services, Maintenance, Rehab, Social Services, and Recreational Therapy, CNA’s and RA’s

* Retirement 401(A) benefits with Oakview contributing 6% or 8%.
* Tuition reimbursement
* We are a 24-hour skilled medical care facility with 8 and 12 hour shifts available.
* Nursing Homes Direct Care Worker Wage Pass Through – currently an additional $3.20 per hour.
Starting wage can be negotiated depending on experience.

Food Service Worker – Full-time and Part-time positions available. Ability to work well with others in a close environment, enjoy working with the elderly and perform a variety of tasks in accordance with current federal and state regulations. Flexibility is a must.
