The Michigan Legislature has prepared a booklet entitled, “Planning for your Peace of Mind: A Guide to Medical and Legal Decisions”. This booklet was designed to assist you in preplanning by providing question-and-answer sections, general information and forms on Michigan’s Statutory Will and Patient Advocate law and organ donation.
