RN’s & LPN’s – Full Time RNs and LPNs on all shifts with advancement opportunities. $5,000 sign-on bonus.
CNA’s – Full Time, 2nd & 3rd shift, must hold a current Michigan CNA Certificate.
Food Service Worker – Part Time, immediate opening. Ability to work well with others in a close environment, enjoy working with the elderly and perform a variety of tasks in accordance with current federal and state regulations. Kitchen experience helpful but not required. Flexibility is a must. Benefits: life insurance, PTO accruals and tuition reimbursement programs. Sign-on bonus offered.

RN and LPN Sign-on Bonus Program (persons who have previously been employed at Oakview in the last 18 months are not eligible)

| 1st Payment: | $1,500 after completion of introductory period |
| 2nd Payment: | $1,500 after 7 months of employment |
| 3rd Payment: | $2,000 after 1 year of employment |
| RN’s – LPN’s Part-Time Employment – $2,500 (Persons starting at 64 hours per pay period or less) | |
| 1st Payment: | $750 after completion of introductory period |
| 2nd Payment: | $750 after 7 months of employment |
| 3rd Payment: | $1,000 after 1 year of employment |
| RN’s – LPN’s Pool Staff – $500 | |
| 1-Time Payment: | $500 after 7 months of employment |
New hires moving from pool staff into a full-time or part-time position within the trial timeframe will be eligible for the bonus. The bonus will be adjusted at the next bonus scheduled payment.
